1. Whatever You Do in a Daily Life Do Not Bother About the Results
In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna says that we should focus on our Karma (Actions) rather than the results. If you focus on the results then you can not give your 100% at the work.
And I can understand that in the beginning, it is difficult to focus on work as our minds always focus on rewards. But if you practice it on a daily basis it will be easy for you.
2. Inculcate Objectivity Even in Simple Daily Life Situations
The greatest lesson that I’ve learned from Bhagavad Gita is – objectivity. That means we should always stand for what is right and should not take decisions by being emotional.
Many times we all face such situations when we make decisions by being emotional rather than the following objectivity. So, start to follow objectivity in day-to-day life situations.
3. Embrace Love, Compassion and Faith in Life
Lord Krishna always talked about how important is love, compassion and faith in life. He also explained it in Bhagavad Gita.
In your daily life, you too can embrace these things. Whatever you do in life and wherever you go, spread love. Be kind and sensible in day-to-day life.
4. Have Faith in The Process Whatever You Do
Instead of focusing on rewards focus on the path. Have faith in the path and believe in your karma. Take simple steps in daily life.
Even if you are taking small actions in daily life, do it with faith. Give your 100% and do not worry about the results.
5. Understand that Change is Inevitable and Embrace Adaptability in Life
Lord Krishna said that change is inevitable. We all must embrace the change and should be ready to accept and adapt.
So, in your daily life, you can expect some changes and be ready for them. Do not dwell in the past, instead adapt to the current situations. This will make your life easy.
6. Meditate Daily at Least for Five Minutes
In Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna talked about the importance of meditation. Meditation helps your mind peaceful.
So, you can also meditate for a few minutes in your daily life.
7. Try to Understand Your Food Habits to Change Them If Needed
In the Bhagavad Gita you will find a chapter that explains about different types of food habits and their effects on bodies.

When you start reading Bhagavad Gita, you will realize that it also give message about spirituality. And one should understand that we are all equal.
We all are souls who have got this body and life. So, embrace equality and respect every other human being in day-to-day life.
11. Make a Connect With Nature, People and the Whole Universe
Feel the oneness with nature, people and the whole universe. As we are all made up with the same materials we should feel connected.
You can daily spend some time in the nature and also have a good relationships with people at office, home and in your friend circle.
12. Bring Your Attention to Cause and Effects, Instead of Blaming the Current Reality
Lord Krishna beautifully explained that whatever happens in our life is because of Karma. So, we must understand the reality of current situation and life.
You don’t need to blame the current life but make sure your karma are in right direction. Also, analyze your current life and understand.
13. Feed Your Brain With Information That Helps You to Take Action
You must understand that whatever you read, see and perceive it will influence your mind. And then you action will be accordingly.
So, daily feed your brain that helps you to take actions to make your life better. You can read, watch or gather information that give meaning to your life.
